Exchange Policy
Our products are procured from abroad to provide our customers an in house shopping experience of their favorite brands. We do not like our customers waiting for long, so we provide an in stock collection to choose from, available readily for immediate dispatch.
We follow strict rules at our warehouse and make sure the articles are kept in their original packaging and condition as received from their respective stores. Thus, in order to make sure that an article is received by its rightful owner in good shape and original packaging, we do not offer exchanges of any clothing item, fragrance, skincare/makeup, bag bought from us.
Please note that we also do not return or exchange any pre ordered or reserved article. A bag can not be returned or exchanged, no matter what. We mention sizes of the bags very clearly. In case of confusion, please use scale and draw the size of the bag on paper for a better idea of its dimensions. It will not be returned or exchanged later.
We sell 100% authentic, brand new and tagged articles. We guarantee the authenticity of only the product. We try our very best to stock comfortable and best quality products and give our customers an honest opinion regarding the comfort of an article, when asked. But comfort and durability varies from person to person and is thus, not guaranteed and so a product can not be returned or exchanged due to this very reason.
Footwear is tricky for some customers so we have a clear exchange policy. Footwear can be exchanged with any other size or design of your choice in case of size issue. We charge Rs.1000 for the exchange which includes delivery of the new selected article to your doorstep and return of the previously bought article. These charges are not extra, but cover the delivery, return and packaging cost of the articles.
Though, we request our customers to be positively sure of their size before confirming in order to avoid exchange charges.
All articles are checked thoroughly before dispatch. Though, if by mistake, a damaged or faulty article is sent out to the customer, it will be returned as customer’s satisfaction is our priority.
If an article is found to have a manufacturing defect after use within two weeks, MEBU does not take any responsibility. Nevertheless, a discount of Rs.500 will be given to such customers on their next purchase. Manufacturing defects produced after use for more than two weeks will not be entertained.
For exchanges, articles must be selected from the instock collection and can not be adjusted with a pre booking or pre order article. You must request an exchange within three days of your order receipt. Exchange will not be entertained later. The article to be returned must be returned in its original packaging, in which it was sent. The tag and dustbag must be intact. Please send two pictures of the article to be returned to ensure the condition of the article.
