Do you sell original articles?

All articles are 100% authentic, original, brand new and tagged. ZARA & MANGO articles come with a QR code on the tag which can be scanned directly via camera. It redirects you to the ZARA or MANGO website which is a proof of the article being authentic.

This is my first order/ I am a regular customer, can I please get a discount?

Prices are fixed and non negotiable and are kept reasonable for all. We do not offer any individual or special discounts based on the number of purchases you have made with us. Though, there are always a few articles available on clearance.

I will buy this next month. Can you hold this for me?

We have no reservation policy without advance payment. An amount of Rs.1000 is required to reserve the article. The reserved articles can not be exchanged or cancelled later. If a customer refuses to accept a reserved article, an advance of Rs.1000 will not be refunded as deducted as holding fees.

Do you have any physical store? or Can I pick up?

We are based online only and do not have a facility to entertain walk-in or appointment based customers.

I got a wrong size from abroad. Can I sell it you or get it exchanged from you?

It is against our policy to buy branded articles from prospective customers. We do not buy or exchange any of the customer’s belongings and do not provide any such services. Interested parties can try selling it somewhere else.

Is the color same as shown in pictures?

We try our very best to take pictures accurately as original, however colours can vary a bit due to camera effects and light conditions. Actual colour of the product is usually the same as shown in stock photos. The actual product colour may vary slightly due to individual monitor settings and picture quality enhancement. Colour is mentioned the same as by the brand.

I want to cancel my order. How can I do that?

In case of cancellation after dispatch, customers will be required to pay Rs.700 to clear the dues. In case a customer fails to do that, he/she will not be able to place their order with us again. For all their next purchases, such customers must then make the complete payment in advance. Please make sure you do not cancel your order later and are there to receive it. We put a lot of effort into delivering authentic articles to our customers. We would like our customers to respect our hard work.
